HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Ohio —
A small town in Butler County is asking for someone to come forward after a 24-year-old was killed in a hit-and-run.

Loved ones said that Cory Mcquitty was the man killed.
Mcquitty's friends and family in Ross Township are devastated. Dozens of people lit candles at Heritage Park to mourn him. Silence was only interrupted by cries of pain. The shock illuminated their faces.
"He immediately came over to my house, and that's when he told me. He was like, 'Cory is gone.' I couldn't believe it," Harrison Colemahan, Cory's lifelong friend, said.
