BAXTER — What if the Highway 371 overpass didn’t need to go over the railroad tracks?

Baxter City Council member Patrick Sundberg brought up that option during council comments at the Tuesday, Oct. 7, meeting.

Sundberg said one of the concerns that keeps popping up in the forefront from the beginning is the insistence that the overpass needs to go over the railroad tracks that cross Highway 371.
