NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Vanderbilt Commodores seemed to be cruising through the first half of their schedule before coming to a screeching halt in Tuscaloosa last weekend, falling 30-14 to Alabama.
Although the score may indicate that Alabama controlled much of the game, it was one or two plays from being one that came down to the wire.
Still, it was the first time this season that Vanderbilt saw what it could — and could not — do against a true Southeastern Conference and College Football Playoff contender.
While everything remains out in front of Vanderbilt, there are still adjustments that need to be made during the bye week before the Commodores host LSU on Saturday, Oct. 18.
Here are three things that need to be addressed during the bye week:
