A man arrested in connection to an insurance fraud case in Miami-Dade County also turns out to be a migrant who was in the United States illegally.
Florida Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia and the Department of Financial Services Criminal Investigations Division announced the arrest of Jose Arias-Reyes on charges of insurance fraud Friday.
