The “Mr. Trash Wheel and Friends” music video will not take place Sunday afternoon.
The Waterfront Partnership had put out the call for Baltimore residents to join Mr. Trash Wheel in his first ever music video, saying they needed the most passionate fans of Mr. Trash Wheel to come out and sing along. The filming had been postponed once before from the original date of September 6th.
The Waterfront Partnership cited weather conditions in its cancellation announcement and officials have not said the filming will be rescheduled.
Sunday’s event was scheduled to take place just two days after the Waterfront Partnership released the Healthy Harbor Report Card in which the Inner Harbor received the grade of a “C” based on 5 Ecological Health Indicators that come from an annual water quality st
