KENT, Conn. (WFSB) - The Kent School community is mourning the loss of a student.
On Saturday evening, Shea Cassidy-Teti died in a car accident while traveling with his parents, who were both injured in the crash and are receiving medical care.
The school community was notified of his death during a gathering at St. Joseph’s Chapel on campus.
School officials say the Counseling Center, Rev. Dr. Kate Kelderman, and other trusted adults are available to provide support to students on campus.
Parents and guardians with concerns about their children on campus were advised to contact the Dean on Duty phone at 860-601-0223.
“Our prayers go out to Nash ’26, Shea’s twin, and their parents,” said Michael G. Hirschfeld, Head of School.
