A powerful storm that has brought strong winds and heavy rainfall to the East Coast this weekend is continuing to keep its residents on high alert. Inclement weather conditions from the Nor'easter has already impacted a large chunk of the East Coast, including Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey. On Sunday morning, the cluster of storms extended into the New York-area, and is expected to reach Boston and southern New England by the afternoon.
