INDIANAPOLIS -- A unique fashion show was hosted in downtown Indianapolis on Saturday evening.
Multiple breast cancer survivors hit the runway during the annual Stars of Pink Breast Cancer Survivor Fashion Show and Fundraiser, an event hosted by the Pink Ribbon Connection organization at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.
All the models that participated in this year's event were breast cancer survivors, patients and healthcare workers. The event aimed to raise around $200,000 to help survivors as well as those dealing with breast cancer.
The Pink Ribbon Connection's website states that the organization's mission is to "provide emotional support, local resources and education to those touched by breast cancer across Indiana."
