STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The IRS announced the 2026 tax brackets for federal income ahead of the impending tax season.
These brackets are fine-tuned annually due to inflation, offering a bit of a reprieve to Americans battling high costs in day-to-day life.

Heads of household: $24,150
Singles and married individuals: $16,100
