South Carolina football fired offensive line coach Lonnie Teasley, the program announced on Oct. 12. Run Game coordinator/tight ends coach Shawn Elliott will assume the offensive line coaching responsibilities.

This move comes less than 24 hours after the Gamecocks (3-3, 1-3 SEC) lost 20-10 to LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Quarterback LaNorris Sellers was sacked five times for a loss of 55 yards. Sellers has been sacked 19 times.
