PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- As Oregon awaits the ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to decide whether the President can legally deploy the National Guard in Portland, an emergency naked bike ride is set to protest of the “militarization” of the Rose City early Sunday afternoon.

The World Naked Bike Ride Portland group announced the protest will take place at 2:30 p.m., with the ride set to begin at the Oregon Convention Center Plaza in Northeast Portland. However, the full route has not been released.
