The nightmare start for the Jets continues.
The Broncos (4-2) sacked quarterback Justin Fields nine times, leading to their 13-11 victory against the Jets (0-6) at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
This is the third time in team history the Jets have started a season 0-6 (1996, 2020).
“Disappointing game,” Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said. “I thought our guys fought their a—s off, obviously it wasn’t good enough. It is tough being close, at some point, we gotta finish one of these here.
“We didn’t finish the way we needed to. Give those guys a lot of credit. Defensively, they were all over the place when it comes to their defense, but I thought our defense played well and it was probably our best game.”
