HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - Another person has been booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail in connection to a shooting that happened blocks away from the 2025 West Side Nut Club Fall Festival.

27-year-old Kamarius Foster was booked on charges of Intimidation, Dealing Marijuana, Battery by Bodily Waste and Disorderly Conduct.

According to an affidavit, Marchello Hoskins, Jr. shot Foster in the arm and leg and 95 grams of suspected marijuana was found on Foster while checking him for any other injuries.

EPD says surveillance footage showed Foster was the aggressor when walking up to Hoskins, challenging him to a fight and spitting over in Hoskins' direction. That was what police say prompted the shooting.
