CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bryce Young threw three touchdowns, and Rico Dowdle had over 200 all-purpose yards as the Carolina Panthers won an epic duel with the Dallas Cowboys.
Panthers kicker Ryan Fitzgerald converted a 31-yard field goal as time expired to give Carolina a 30-27 win.
Young and Dowdle picked apart the Dallas defense throughout the game. Young finished 17 of 25 for 199 yards and three touchdowns. Dowdle had 183 yards on 30 carries, following up a 206-yard day in Week 5. Dowdle also had four catches for 56 yards for a total of 239 yards on the day, the most all-purpose yards by a Panthers player in a single game.
The win ends the Panthers' three-game losing streak to the Cowboys (2-3-1).
