Anyone who doesn’t feel a sense of existential dread on a Sunday evening because they have work on Monday morning is someone who has either learned to be Zen, actually likes what they do, has completely given up on their hopes and/or dreams, or hasn’t had a weekend off in years.

Even if you love your job to the max, there are some things that you probably wish you could change. The office politics, backstabbing, and bootlicking. The endless gossip and drama. The mind-numbing coffee machine and water cooler chitchat about what you did during the weekend (Netflix and food, right?). And, above all, the usually-tense relationships between upper management that are out for profit and the employees who feel that they deserve more respect, money, and better prospects.
