Senior Advocate Mahalakshmi Pavani, appearing for petitioner Raman Kundra, told a bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta on October 10 that WhatsApp’s “arbitrary” action violated her fundamental rights. The plea said that “on 13th September, 2025 evening, it blocked her account. After she sought a review, she was informed on 14 September, 2025 evening that the account will continue to be blocked.
