WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - A new sanctuary in Wichita is preparing to open its doors to animals in need.

Always and Furever Animal Sanctuary invited people to check out its new space on Saturday. The sanctuary will provide care, shelter, and second chances to animals in need, with a special focus on newborn kittens and senior dogs.

"So really its just meeting each other being a part of the community and as soon as we get our shelter license and open our doors which will be this week we want you to come out we want you to be here with them the one thing in this life you can never get back is your time so if you give a little bit of it its not only fulfilling their hearts its filling yours too," Jennifer Dulski, the founder of Always and Furever, said.
