PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- A 35-year-old was killed in an early morning crash in Manassas on Sunday, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Police said officers responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash at 4:45 a.m. in the area of Prince William Parkway and Hansen Farm Road.
There, an initial investigation determined that the driver of a 2022 Mack Anthem truck was traveling east when the driver went off the road onto the right shoulder and struck a guardrail.
Police said the driver, later identified as Jatinder Chauhan, of Turlock, CA., was transported to the hospital where he died.
It is believed that the driver suffered from a medical emergency before the crash, police added.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to call the police
