Five people were injured in a two-vehicle crash involving a Polk County Fire Rescue battalion chief on Sunday morning, according to PCFR.
The battalion chief was responding to an emergency call with lights and sirens when the emergency vehicle crashed into a minivan at the intersection of County Road 640 and Mimosa Ave.
