A motorcyclist has died in hospital after suffering life-threatening injuries in a single-vehicle crash last week, police have confirmed.

The collision was reported on Thursday, October 9, at around 1.05pm on the A386 at Roborough Downs, between Roborough and Yelverton. It involved a black KTM 390 Adventure motorcycle.

The rider of the bike, a man in his 50s, was taken to Derriford Hospital , and has since passed away as a result of his injuries. His next of kin have been made aware.
