Puri: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi halted for a few minutes at a roadside stall of a coconut vendor while on his way to Puri on Monday.

His convoy slowed near Kaduathar as the CM decided to take a break and enjoy a refreshing drink. He then stepped out of his vehicle and asked for a tender coconut. He also chatted warmly with the vendor, Sridhar Mohapatra, inquiring about his business, earnings, and any government support he received. ADVERTISEMENT

The CM also appreciated the taste of the tender coconut.

Sridhar was thrilled with the unexpected interaction and appreciated the Chief Minister’s simple and compassionate demeanour.
