WEST FARGO — Neighbors of a prime piece of land in West Fargo, just off Ninth Street and Interstate 94, have reported the empty land between prominent businesses has been used as an illegal dumping ground.
While the city has attempted to charge the owner for the alleged violations, he has yet to respond to the complaints.
The currently undeveloped lot is located at 837 Beaton Drive E., or directly west of the Blarney Stone and east of the DoubleTree in the northwest corner of I-94 and Ninth Street East/Veterans Boulevard. Weeds have overgrown the area where piles of soil and other unknown materials have lumped together.
According to city records, the roughly 2.4 acres of land are multiple parcels, but all are owned by Charleswood Commercial Estates, LLC, which are owned by Sanjay Patel
