New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) The National Security Guard (NSG), India’s elite counter-terrorism force, will celebrate its 41st Raising Day tomorrow at the NSG Garrison in Manesar, Haryana.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the event as the chief guest.

As part of the commemorative events, the Home Minister will lay a wreath at the Martyrs’ Memorial to honour the bravehearts who laid down their lives in the line of duty.

He will also plant a sapling at the Composite Hospital Park within the NSG campus.

The celebrations will feature a composite operational demonstration, showcasing the NSG’s capabilities as the nation’s premier federal contingency force. The display will include counter-terrorism and protection drills, combat free-fall operations, bomb disposal techniques, a K9 demon
