LIHUE — Victories by the Kauai High School and Kapaa High School girls volleyball teams on Friday set up a crucial meeting on Tuesday during the Kauai Interscholastic Federation girls volleyball matches.
Playing against Island School, Kapaa, according to ScoringLive.com, won the Voyagers in three straight sets, 25-13, 25-14 and 25-18. According to the school’s Athletic Trainer, the Lady Warriors have not lost a set since the KIF season started earlier on Sept. 2.
No scores were available for the junior varsity contests between Kapaa and Island School. Over at the new Kauai High School gymnasium, Kauai High School JV were 2-1 winners over the JV Menehune, 25-18, 25-19 and 6-15.
