In the Nov. 4 election, Fort Collins voters will get another chance to direct the city on what to do with a treasured piece of land that rises to meet the foothills.

A large parcel in west Fort Collins that held Colorado State University's former Hughes Stadium is now owned by the city, and there are two ballot measures that propose two divergent paths for the property.
