Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs had a huge game in his team's win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, and the star running back did so while not feeling anywhere close to his best.
Jacobs rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns in Green Bay's 27-18 win over the Bengals at Lambeau Field. The veteran added 57 receiving yards on five catches. Following the game, Jacobs revealed that he was battling an illness. He said he woke up feeling under the weather on Sunday morning and vomited both before and during the game. Jacobs said he wanted to play; however, he had a history of playing well even when feeling ill.
"I just kind of woke up this morning just not feeling my best," Jacobs told reporters, via ESPN's Rob Demovsky . "But I told 'em, 'The last time that I felt that way
