Hamas releases hostages; Infant taken from apartment; Nor'easter heading up east coast

Hamas released all 20 hostages still held after capturing them more than two years ago. An infant has been reported missing in Clayton County, according to police. A Nor'easter is headed up the east coast, bringing rain and flooding with it.
