The pasta salad could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Spouts Farmers Market of Phoenix, Arizona, said in an announcement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration , that the supplier, Fresh Creative Foods, had reported that the pasta in the pasta salad may be contaminated.

The pasta from Fresh Creative Foods was manufactured by Nate’s Fine Foods, which has recalled 245,000 pounds of pasta. The listeria outbreak, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has caused the deaths of four people. The outbreak has included 20 cases in 15 states and recalls by Walmart, Giant Eagle, Trade Joe’s, Albertsons, Hello Fresh and Kroger stores.
