The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert to help the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department locate a 78-year-old woman with dementia last seen in Los Angeles.

Florencia Rojas Moreno was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of East Third Street, at Rowan Avenue, according to the sheriff’s department.

She is Hispanic, 5 feet tall, 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seem wearing a black checkered blouse, black Columbia jacket, black pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts was urged to call 911, the sheriff’s Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
