Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood just dropped some news that’s music to every classic rock fan’s ears — he’s back in the studio with none other than Rod Stewart.

In a recent chat on BBC Radio 4’s “Desert Island Discs”, the 78-year-old guitarist shared that he and his old Faces bandmate have been quietly working on fresh tracks together. “We’ve got these songs that we’ve been working on from back in the day,” Ronnie said. “But it’s hard to make our times tally”, reported the daily mail.

He went on to tease that there’s plenty of unfinished magic left to polish. “When we do get a chance of getting in the studio again, we’ll finish off these songs. We’ve got a good body of songs going.”
