INDIANAPOLIS -- While many do not often speak about it, mental health issues are common among men. Because of this, men face different challenges in seeking help and managing their respective mental health conditions.

According to officials with the National Institute of Mental Health, around 19% of men between the ages of 18-64 will experience a major depressive episode at some point in their lifetime, including some anxiety, depression and substance abuse.

On Monday, Keith Baker, the founder and executive director of Men to Health Inc., joined the FOX59 Morning News. This organization aims to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and help empower them to seek help.
