The fall sports season is beginning to finish up as multiple sports are entering the final stretches of the season. Emporia High cross country is one of those, as they finished up a run in El Dorado over the weekend, as they start the final stretch of the year. After El Dorado, they have League, Regionals, then the State invite to close the year.

This season has been a consistent one for the Emporia High cross country team, as in El Dorado, they continued to see multiple runners medal and place in the top 25. The boys' team saw stalwart Xaden Delgado place sixth, continuing a strong and consistent season; Kasen VanSickle place 13th, and Ezra Beatty placed 19th.
