The rain has danced in and out in spells, heavy and times, and a nuisance at others. This is expected for the remainder of Monday, and some of Tuesday too.
New rainfall amounts will deliver another 1-2 inches of rain, with isolated areas along Plymouth and the shore seeing 2-3 inches.
Winds do stay steady from the northeast, thus a coastal flood threat grows midafternoon. This is a function of high tide and an on-shore wind.
