EXCLUSIVE: Like Jonathan Tucker , whose casting we reported last week, Kat Cunning ( Trinkets ) has been tapped for a heavily recurring role in MGM+ ‘s American Hostage , starring Jon Hamm and Giovanni Ribisi.

Cunning plays the cosmopolitan and beautiful Ibby Hall, wife of Dick Hall (Kristoffer Polaha). Stuck in Indianapolis through a weird twist of fate, Ibby finds herself the center of attention that she neither desires nor wants to bow to when her husband is taken hostage and disparaged in front of the world.

In addition to Hamm, Ribisi and Polaha, Mireille Enos, and William Jackson Harper are series regulars, as we first reported.
