The Pittsburgh Steelers improved to 4-1 with a dominant 23-9 win over the Cleveland Browns yesterday but suffered a few injuries in the contest.

During his weekly Tuesday afternoon press conference, Tomlin provided multiple updates on the injury front via the team’s YouTube channel.

Special teams ace Miles Killebrew sustained a gruesome knee injury in the first half that kept him out for the remainder of the game. He was quickly ruled out by the team’s medical staff.

Tomlin on Killebrew today:

“Obviously, his injury is significant, and he can be described as out.”

Defensive back Joey Porter Jr. returned to game action for the first time since week two, and there were a few moments where he appeared to be in some pain.
