AITKIN — There will be an artistic Halloween event 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at the Jaques Art Center in Aitkin.

TIANA will be at the center to paint a design of choice, on a hand or a face. Attendees can also leave with a gift from the center, visit vendors and view the current exhibit.
