Dispatch audio obtained by TMZ has revealed the frantic final moments of Diane Keaton’s life as first responders raced to try to save her.

Keaton, 79, died Saturday and 911 audio revealed there was a “person down” early that morning.

“Rescue 19, person down,” the dispatcher said, before saying Keaton’s address. The actress was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

PEOPLE magazine , which was the first to report the Oscar winner’s death, spoke to a friend who said Keaton’s health “ declined very suddenly” in recent months.

“She declined very suddenly, which was heartbreaking for everyone who loved her,” the confidante told the outlet. “It was so unexpected, especially for someone with such strength and spirit.”
