Carra Patterson was announced to be departing Elsbeth season three as a series regular after appearing in seasons one and two of the CBS hit series.

It was not immediately clear when she would be seen again as Detective Kaya.

While only the first episode of season three has aired after debuting on Sunday (October 12), CBS has already shared images from some future episodes…and we now know that Carra will make an appearance!

Season 3, episode 3, titled “Good Grief,” will have a few guest stars including Julia Fox , Lindsay Mendez , Sullivan Jones , and others. Fans will peep that Carra is also featured in the photos conversing with Carrie Preston ‘s Elsbeth! The episode will air on Thursday (October 23) at the show’s regularly scheduled time .
