A Missouri woman has brought a class action lawsuit against New Jersey-based bakery company Pepperidge Farm, Inc. over the brand’s “Flavor Blasted" Goldfish crackers.

The woman claims, in a petition filed with the St. Louis County Circuit Court Friday, that the Goldfish packaging contains misleading and untrue statements about the healthiness of the product.

According to the suit, Laurin Zaitz, of Manchester, bought Pepperidge Farm Flavor Blasted Goldfish at a Walmart in Arnold this July. Zaitz believed that the product contained no preservatives because the package was labeled as having “No Artificial Flavors or Preservatives,” the suit states.
