EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Fans of camping, hunting and other outdoor adventures will soon have another option for their shopping.

Katy, Texas-based Academy Sports + Outdoors will soon open a third location in El Paso.

This one will be located at 1971 N. Zaragoza Road in far East El Paso. It is set to open in November, but no specific date has been announced yet.

This store will be 43,000 square feet in size and will employ about 60 people, the company said.

This marks Academy’s 116th location in Texas.

The new Academy Sports + Outdoors store will carry a wide assortment of sports and outdoors products.
