Kevin Stefanski gave up play-calling duties in 2024 when the Browns ' offense was mired in a rut. That coincided with a quarterback change because of Deshaun Watson's Achilles injury.
A year later, with the Browns offense once again stagnant, Stefanski isn't playing that card. That doesn't mean he's not trying to figure out how it's possible to fix arguably the NFL's worst offense .
"Yeah, I'm going to keep calling plays," Stefanski said on a Zoom call Oct. 13, "but I want to stress that this is, we have to get better in so many areas and that includes coaching. That includes how we teach our guys, how we put them in different formations, the ways you run the ball, ways you pass the ball. All of the above." Buy Cleveland Browns tickets
