MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Milwaukee Brewers have tabbed LHP Aaron Ashby as the Game 1 starter of the National League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Ashby has had a career resurgence coming out of the bullpen with Milwaukee, supporting a 2.16 ERA during the regular season, However he has struggled thus far in the postseason with a 5.79 ERA.
Ashby will likely serve as an opener for Milwaukee before the Brewers utilize their array of arms against the Dodgers.
Dodgers LHP Blake Snell will take the ball for Los Angeles.
First pitch is set for 7:08 p.m. at American Family Field.
