DETROIT — Before joining the Detroit Pistons this summer, Duncan Robinson had only been with one team during his seven-year career — the Miami Heat.

Robinson’s worked alongside plenty of notable bigs from Udonis Haslem to Kevin Love to Bam Adebayo. But, he’s never been around a frontcourt that provides for shooters like the Pistons’ group.

“I’ve never been around people that are such willing screeners. I mean, (Isaiah Stewart) has literally gotten mad at me at pickup that I’m not using the screens enough,” Robinson said. “Just the ultimate, selfless, trying to get guys open. So that’s been just awesome to be a part of just in this short sample size that we’ve had. I’m excited to build that connection.”
