EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Evansville United Volleyball Club is partnering with League One Volleyball (LOVB) to help grow the sport and develop the next volleyball star.

Michelle Nogueras and her husband, Fernando Morales have played volleyball since their childhood days back in Puerto Rico. After playing professionally for years, they both took on the challenge of becoming coaches. Morales took over as head coach of the University of Evansville women's volleyball team in 2019 and Nogueras was on his staff as an assistant. The two also took over Evansville United, which was created by former Purple Aces head coach Manolo Concepcion with plans to grow the sport in the Tri-State.
