A young woman was found unconscious at the wheel of her car with 'an empty balloon in her mouth and a large canister on her lap', a court heard. The engine was running and the Audi A1 was said to have been in gear.
Madison Boscoe-Hough, 21, made 'no sense verbally' after police officers arrived and she started to come round, magistrates were told. She later failed a roadside drugs test, which proved positive for cocaine, the court heard.
Magistrates were told a 'concerned' motorist had followed Boscoe-Hough after witnessing her driving 'with a balloon in her mouth'.
When police arrived, music was playing from the car and her foot was on the brake.
