Carol Vorderman has opened up about her love life, stating she has "so much in my life". The 64-year-old, who has been married twice and was previously in a long-term relationship with broadcaster Des Kelly, has been largely single since their split in 2006.

In 2022, Carol revealed that she no longer sought a monogamous relationship, instead choosing to have a number of "special friends". She believes this approach allows her to live a "much freer" life.

Speaking on This Morning in 2022, Carol shared: "Our mothers told us that we should marry when we were still 18 or 19 or 20, so we grew up with that convention that you should find one partner for life. My view is not quite like that."
