Land is being cleared and sitework is underway for a nearly 35-acre site at the corner of Raeford and Gillis Hill roads that will feature multiple businesses and a residential area.

The latest company to express interest in the site is Chipotle, according to site plans reviewed by the Fayetteville Technical Review Committee in September.
