More frost in store for CNY tonight

As the wind dies down Thursday evening and skies remain clear, most in Central New York end up colder than Wednesday night. Frost should be more widespread as well.

A Frost Advisory is up for the highlighted counties on the map below where the growing season is still technically active, though we do expect frost outside of this area as well.

Nice end to the week

Friday is another nice fall day in Central New York. For starters, there is less in the way of wind compared to Thursday. That will lessen the chill in the air during the midday and afternoon.
