The Norwood Fair is finished for another year; although a quick look at the fairgrounds might leave a person wondering if there really was a fair this past weekend; the livestock are back home, the midway rides are packed up and the grounds have been picked clean. A years’ worth of planning cumulates in a whirlwind of three spectacular days, then it disappears to patiently wait for next year. Article content

Mother Nature didn’t play particularly nice on the Saturday providing an overcast and wet day; however she redeemed herself the rest of the weekend with two beautiful fall days with mild temperatures and plenty of sunshine. The 2025 fair was by no means a record setting year, however it was still a good year with around 45,000 people coming through the gates to enjoy the many sights
