Lacombe County voters have the opportunity to participate in advance voting today, (October 14) from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Lacombe County Administration Office (40403 Range Road 27-4, RR #3).

Eligible voters must be at least 18 years old, Canadian citizens, and residents of Lacombe County.

Advance voting will be held for the election of County Councillors in divisions 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Divisions 2 and 7 already have acclaimed candidates: Brenda Knight and Dana Kreil, respectively.

The county’s Reeve and Deputy Reeve will be appointed by council at its organizational meeting following the election later this month.
